Considered a long-time Telluride local, Peter Garber relocated from Chicago in kindergarten alongside his father, mother, and older brother. After 30+ years of hands-on experience in the building industry working for Bone Construction, Peter decided to start his own General Contracting business. And in 2014, Concept & Construction Solutions, Inc. was born.

Specializing in both residential and commercial builds, the CCS portfolio includes an extensive list of custom single family homes and commercial buildings throughout the San Juan region. Currently, CCS is in active construction on a single family home in the Ski Ranches, as well as the Historic Nugget building renovation in downtown Telluride.

In addition to his professional building, Peter exercises his passion for creativity, people, and artistic expression by participating in the annual Temple Build for Burning Man, as well as local events throughout the year with creative non-profits.

In his free time, Peter enjoys playing bass, biking, skiing, and volunteering with the Telluride Adaptive Sports Program.
